Biblical Prophecy / Fulfilment

  • Exodus 25: 8,30 " let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell in their midst...you shall set the bread of the Presence on the table before me always.
  • Leviticus 26:2 "reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD"
  • Hebrews 9:1-4 ,12,24 Now even the first covenant had regulations for worship and an earthly sanctuary. For a tent was prepared, the outer one, in which were the lamp stand and the table and the bread of the Presence; it is called the Holy Place… But when Christ appeared as a high priest … he entered once for all into the Holy Place, taking not the blood of goats and calves but his own blood,… For Christ has entered, not into a sanctuary made with hands, a copy of the true one, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God on our behalf.

Lanciano Eucharistic Miracle

In the city of Lanciano, Italy, around 700, a Basilian hieromonk was assigned to celebrate Mass in the small church of St. Longinus. Celebrating in the Latin Rite and using unleavened bread, the monk had doubts about the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist. During the Mass, when he said the Words of Consecration ("This is my body. This is my blood"), with doubt in his soul, the priest saw the bread change into living flesh and the wine change into live blood which coagulated into five globules, irregular and differing in shape and size (the number corresponds to the number of wounds Christ suffered on the cross)
